Please allow 3-5 working days processing time for your delivery 

​If your order is urgent, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact page, email or chatline. We will try our best to accommodate you.  There will be a post and packaging fee added to your final cart total depending on location.

However, this cannot always be guaranteed during COVID-19 due to the high demand of parcels being sent daily through the post office.

Unfortunately we do not offer a click and collect service.

LOCAL DELIVERY 

We offer local delivery for customers located within a 5 mile radius of Luton, please click ​the local delivery option on the check out. We aim to deliver your items between 1-3 working days .

 

Our delivery days are on the weekends. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us at sisrootshea@gmail.com and we will try our best to sort out your query.

 

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we unfortunately cannot accept returns/ exchanges once your item(s) have been delivered to you. However, in rare cases, we may process refunds/exchanges if for example; the refund is requested due to a damaged / defected product. 

Faulty/Damaged Product: If you happen to receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at sisrootshea@gmail.com. We will do our upmost to look into this enquiry for you. Please provide us with photographic proof of the damages and report to us within 48 hours from receiving your item.

SisRoot Policy: We do not accept refunds or exchanges. In the case of receiving the wrong item, please contact us on sisrootshea@gmail.com. You must contact us within 14 days purchase and your product must contain at least 70% of It's contents and in it's original packaging.

Please Remember: As all of our products are 100% natural, there may be a slight variation from each batch. These variations may include; slight change in consistency, scent and appearance.
